We run two open try out dates in November each year, after that we have practice sessions every Sunday between 1245 and 1600 at Frodsham Leisure Centre astro turf until 03 April  when we move back to Chester Rugby Club's grass pitches

Age groups are 14-17 Juniors, 16-19 Youth and 18+ Seniors and minimum requriement for attending a training session is footwear suitable for astro turf or grass (dependant on which training location we are at), general sports clothing (e.g. tracksuit or t-shirt/shorts) and a gum shield. Specialist equipment such as helmet and pads will be loaned from club stock initially
